Unit 4 Casing Jacks

Pipe Sliders Ltd’s unit 4 is the newest unit to join the team. With a 160 Dec Strip on Jack, a 5-foot stroke, and up to 8 5/8″ casing, this new unit has a unique design for the oil and gas industry.

The casing jack’s unique design was incorporated in response to various oil sand and heavy oil operators seeking a safe and efficient means of providing a controlled mechanical assist during Push/Pull operations. Today’s technology allows heavy oil and IN SITU Operators to reach maximum horizontal depths. However, this contributes to absent Vertical Weight, especially during workovers and “clean out to toe” procedures. As well as other situations encountered by our customers.

We appreciate the fundamental role that safety plays in operations. That is why we have designed our casing jacks in the oil and gas industry to be lightweight and have a low footprint. Furthermore, these casing jacks increase the line of sight to the wellhead and feature a self-contained power unit and an Internal Hydraulic System with no exposed hazards. Our casing jacks can pull out units to free stuck tubular and tools at shallow depths, which is considered too dangerous to conduct with the rig blocks/draw-works.

Finally, our unit 4 casing jacks for the oil and gas industry are versatile and run up to 8 5/8″ tubing or casing.
